All About Myself
My name is Sophie Ellen I am a Sports Massage Therapist who is currently mobile around Leicestershire.
I am a mobile and clinic based Sports Massage Therapist who specialises in sports massage and injury rehabilitation.

My role is to help people with sport and fitness body maintenance, injuries and also benefit clients who suffer from chronic pain syndromes.
In 2021 I stepped into the wonderful world of
Sports Massage Therapy.
I really enjoy the work that I do, I find it incredibly fulfilling being able to aid those who are in need of some help, a detox, pain relief or a general pick me up.
I pride myself in feeling like I can make a positive impact on a persons way of life with the work that I supply.
Where did I study?
I studied at the Sports Massage Academy in 2019-2020
I became a fully qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist in 2020 and have been increasing my skills ever since.

In 2021 I took another course with the Sports Massage Academy to be able to carry out Myofascial cupping on my clients.
​
This year I studied again with the Sports Massage Academy to complete my Level 4 diploma in Sports Massage Therapy.
