Sophie gave me the best sports massage I have ever had..Was so convenient that she is mobile..Very Knowledgeable in her assessment and always making sure you are comfortable with the pressure..sent me some aftercare videos to work on some of my weak spots..Great value for money and will definitely be re booking.5 Stars

Sophie has healing hands!
She is really friendly whilst being professional and has been able to put me at ease which is saying a lot because this is something I normally struggle with.
Her massages are thorough and she checks with you that the pressure is ok which is important when living with chronic health conditions. Afterwards it can feel like I’m walking on air! I have fibromyalgia so massage feels like a release for my muscles and I think that I will be a regular for the rest of time! Thank you x
